We are honored to share a bottle of Pappy 15years Van Winkle Rye with you. This award winning whiskey is aged in charred white oak barrels for over 15 years. This rare and prized rye is bottled at 45.2% alcohol by volume, with irresistible aromas of sweet spices – cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove; with a slightly smoky undertone. The richly sweet, candle wax, and honeyed-maple notes coat the tongue. On the palate it is surprisingly smooth; leaving behind a lingering tingle that begs for another sip.

Antique Barrel Finished Van Winkle 15 Year features the same thoroughly matured mash bill of corn, rye and barley as regular Old Rip Van Winkle 15 Year, but it is finished in Caribbean rum barrels, giving it an added complexity not found in the regular 15 year bourbon. These barrels impart notes of buttery rum and vanilla along with a subtle hint of spice on the nose. The finish is very soft, clean and silky. Antique Barrel Finished Van Winkle 15 Year has a beautiful deep mahogany color.

Give a drink of their own with this Van Winkle Special Reserve Bourbon Whiskey. The award-winning Kentucky bourbon is aged 15 years and is bottled at 90.4 proof to create the perfect gift for any occasion!

The Van Winkle family released their Pappy 15years Van Winkle Old whiskey with a new, longer aging process to celebrate the brand’s 100th anniversary. It’s smooth and mellow with fruity notes of melon and pear, with a hint of butterscotch and peppermint. This limited edition bourbon is best enjoyed neat or over ice.
