E.H Taylor Straight Rye whiskey is an American whiskey style that distinguished itself from bourbon and other North American whiskeys (with the exception of Canadian rye whiskey, which is also generally a rye-based style of whiskey) by virtue of its predominant use of rye grain as the wine-making ingredient that gives this spirit its designation.

E.H Taylor Straight Rye, Jr. Bottled in Bond Straight Rye was aged in charred white oak barrels, and bottled at 100 proof. It is spicy, fragrant and full of rich, bold flavors.

Col. E.H. Taylor, Jr. Straight Rye Whiskey is a small batch bottling that has been aged over two years and bottled at 100 proof. The whiskey has a spicy aroma and a rich, robust, rye flavor that finishes with a long peppery finish that was similar to the taste immediately after swallowing. This flavor profile indicates this will make an excellent Manhattan or Old Fashioned!

E.H Taylor Straight Rye is one of the most well regarded distilleries in America. Founded in 1869, this single barrel release from the Buffalo Trace Distillery is bottled at 107 Proof and features tasting notes of caramelized sugar, toasted almond and orange peel.
