The aroma begins with buttered celery, hints of menthol, and honey handwash, gradually becoming more caramel in the glass. Subtle in comparison to the Shenk’s Homestead I had before it, but with more variation up front. Succumbs to mint-infused caramel. Only caramelized oak emerges after a few drinks.
